mdco modern-day color organ
Duration: Various
Client: Personal
Software: After Effects, Illustrator, Resolume Avenue
Description: Invented by those who can be considered the first motion graphics artists in the mid-1800s, color organs are the predecessors to what we do today. Almost 100 elements were created to tell the story of a person's birth-to-death journey visually. Every element but the background was performed live using a MIDI keyboard as a trigger. See process book for more info.
